When I am not designing, you can find me hunting for the next best eats in New York City and spending time with my cats, Tubbs and Goose. On holidays, I travel to Puerto Rico, where I grew up, to visit family and enjoy the beautiful island.

Hello, my name is Hoiyan.

I am a mission-driven designer in constant pursuit of creating positive impact in the world through UX.

You can currently find me at W.W. Norton, the nation’s largest book publishing house owned by its employees. I design edtech products that help students learn the best they can and support instructor teaching.

With over 5 years of experience, my UX skillset is diverse, having worked in educational & healthcare technology, at digital agencies, and on customer-facing and internal facing platforms. I am happy to connect and chat about anything product design and UX related.
